Roxanne joined Range Bank in 1997 as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she was responsible for the finance and operations areas of the corporation and the bank, leading Range Bank in identifying and implementing new technologies. Roxanne played a key role in the First National Bank merger, consolidating backroom functions to successfully merge the two banks into a single entity. She was promoted to executive vice president in 2011. In this role, she was jointly responsible with Ken Palmer for the day-to-day operations of the bank and worked to grow assets under management. In September of 2017, she was selected for the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer. At that time, she was also selected to succeed Ken Palmer as Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2018. Roxanne worked closely with him until his retirement, to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Roxanne began her banking career with MFC First National Bank in Marquette. She also served as an auditor with Anderson, Tackman & Company CPA in Marquette.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking, Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems and accounting from Northern Michigan University.
Dave currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Range Bank. Prior to Range Bank, he held the same position at Superior National Bank, headquartered in Hancock, Michigan, and also worked as an examiner in the Upper Peninsula region for the Bank and Trust and Credit Union Divisions of DIFS. Dave has a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Outside of the bank, Dave is on the board of directors for the Lake Superior Community Partnership and the City of Negaunee Police Pension.
Personally, Dave is married with five children and lives in his hometown of Negaunee. In his free time, he likes to read, watch sports and attend an occasional rock concert.
Jamey has been at Range Bank for 21 years. He is currently the Chief Lending Officer & Community Bank President (Copper Country). He has also been in the roles of Branch Manager and Mortgage Lender for 5 years and Commercial Lender for 10 years while at Range Bank. Outside of the bank, Jamey is an Advisory Board Member for MTU’s Applied Portfolio Management Program, and a Board Member and Finance Committee Member for Portage Health Foundation.
Jamey enjoys working at Range Bank because he “gets to work with a great group of people to help our local communities grow and prosper.”
In his free time, you can find Jamey coaching youth sports or in the outdoors where he enjoys boating, fishing, and hunting.
Amanda joined Range Bank in 2021 and leads the bank’s Trust & Wealth Management department. She has over 15 years of experience as an attorney working in estate and trust management.
Prior to joining Range Bank, Amanda built expertise in estate planning, elder law, and estate administration as a partner at Wideman Filizetti, P.C., and eventually became the sole owner, retitling the firm to Filizetti Knaffla, P.C.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Central Michigan University and a law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, State Bar of Michigan, and Marquette County Bar Association. She is registered with the U.S. Veterans Administration to assist veterans with the benefits process.
Amanda has achieved the esteemed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification demonstrating her commitment to professionalism, expertise, and ethical standards in the field of financial planning. In addition, she holds her general securities license and earned her Certified Trust Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) which certifies expertise in the trust and financial advisory fields.
Amanda is active in the community, she serves on the board of Marquette West Rotary and Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center and has previously served on the board of the YMCA of Marquette County. She resides with her husband and children in Marquette. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling, reading, and listening to history podcasts.
Benji has been at Range Bank since 2016 and is currently the Executive Vice President. Prior to his current role, Benji was the Community Bank President (Dickinson County and Green Bay) from 2016 until 2022. Benji has a diverse professional background. Before joining the bank, he was a Television News Personality and Healthcare Executive.
In his free time, Benji enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports and musky fishing.
