Long-Term Fixed Rate Residential Mortgage Loans as well as  3-year and 5-year Balloon Mortgages. Mortgages are all available at competitive interest rates.

With our Home Equity Loans, customers can borrow up to 80% of the value of their home by selecting our variable rate home equity line-of-credit "Flex Line", or our fixed rate home equity installment loan with repayment terms up to 20 years.

Monthly installment Consumer Loans are available for a variety of purposes including new and used autos, recreational vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, and ATV's. Interest rates and terms are market competitive and vary with the product being financed.

Our Signature Credit Line is an unsecured revolving line of credit with a variable rate of interest. The rate of interest charged is the prime rate plus 2.00%. Customers access their Signature Credit Line by writing a "Credit Chex" a supply of which is provided when the line is opened. The minimum advance amount is $100. Statements are mailed monthly and the minimum payment amount is 2.00% of the outstanding balance with a minimum payment amount of $50. There is an annual fee of $15.00, which is assessed each year on the anniversary date of the account.
