Range Bank is your bank for new mortgages. We offer Long-Term Fixed Rate Residential Mortgage Loans as well as 3-year and 5-year Balloon Mortgages. We also offer mortgages on purchases of land and Rural Development loans. What's more, we don't sell the servicing of our loans.
