Certificates may be issued for terms other than listed above.  Interest for certificates issued for terms other than listed will be paid at the rate for the nearest lower term.   The Annual Percentage Yield on all Time Certificates is figured on a compounding quarterly basis for a 12-month period of time.  This yield will fluctuate when compounding at a different interval or for any lesser time.  Penalty may or will be imposed for early withdrawal.  CD rates are valid for customers investing $100,000 or less. 
**Step-Up CD's have an interest rate that increases incrementally over the life of the CD until maturity.  With each "step" you have the opportunity to withdraw a portion of cash from the CD without being charged an early withdrawal penalty.
