What if I don't have enough money in my account when the bill payment clears my account?

Despite the advantages of Bill Pay, you still need sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments you authorize. If the payment is being processed electronically the system will make sure there is enough money in the account before the bill is processed. If a payment is made with a check the check may be returned if there is not enough money in the account.
